Educational background in Engineering and Architecture. Associated with a Cleveland , OH Architectural Firm for five years. Self employed Building Contractor for fifteen + years. Accepted the position of Seven Springs Mountain Condominium Association Manager in 1981 while doing General Contracting work for Seven Springs Resort. Moved to Seven Springs Resort and along with property management obtained a PA Real Estate Salesperson's License in 1984.
Licensed as a PA Real Estate Broker in 1990 and a Multi-Office Broker in 2003. Broker/Owner of Laurel Mountain Realty, LLC, Rockwood, PA and Broker of Record with LD Custer Realty & Associates, PC, Berlin, PA . Previously an Associate Broker and Broker of Record with several real estate offices in the Seven Springs Resort area since 1990 and founded Laurel Mountain Realty, LLC in 2012.
Retired as Property Manager for the Seven Springs Mountain Villas Association (Condominium HOA) in 2016 after 34+ years. Laurel Mountain Realty, LLC has been the property management company for the Swiss Mountain HOA (Condominium & Townhome Homeowners Association) since Oct. 2012. My wife Alice (PA licensed Real Estate Salesperson) is the full time Homeowners Association Manager of the 305 Swiss Mountain Condominiums and Townhomes located adjacent to Seven Springs Resort.
