I am a broker-owner representing commercial and residential properties throughout the Lower- and Mid-Hudson Valley. I hold a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance and Valuation with Distinction from New York University, as well as a Law Degree from Boston University. I have run a highly successful real estate law firm for some 20 years, and before that worked in the office of the Town Attorney of Greenburgh, NY. I am a former Chairman of The Apraisal Foundation, which is appointed by the U.S. Congress to set the standards followed by appraisers Nationwide, and am the former Editor in Chief of Real Estate Review. I am also the President of the National Association of Property Tax Attorneys.
