As a Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention Coach, Ilona guides clients in life transitions, assisting them in designing their new chapters—a unique skill set that she provides to her real estate clients as well. Each of Ilona’s clients rely on her as their personal real estate agent and coach while she guides them through every step of the process on their journey to a new home and new beginning.  “I understand that every person is unique and I work to help them find their own unique path,” says Ilona.

Ilona is also a branding/marketing professional who specializes in personal branding, visual identity, and modern marketing solutions for small business owners, skills that routinely come in to play when helping her sellers best position their properties. As the founder of the ILE MAISON (Ilona Lee Network), a group that links up women in business, she has demonstrated her gift for connecting people and has built a sizable network that she can tap into for connecting buyers and sellers of any property in New York City. Specializing in the sale of luxury condos in Midtown Manhattan, she brings her creativity, ambition and social savvy to every transaction. 

Originally from Poland, Ilona holds a master’s degree in economics from the Warsaw University of Technology, with an emphasis in public relations. She lives in Midtown West, where she takes great pleasure in being surrounded by such great architecture, restaurants and museums. In her free time, Ilona loves to explore the city with her nine-year-old daughter, Vivienne, imparting her love for all the wonderful things it has to offer.
