David brings his knowledge as a native New Yorker to assist clients in finding the best possible property to buy, sell, or rent. He has an insatiable passion for the people of the city, as well as its architecture and history, and brings the highest standards of ethics and integrity to his profession.

David holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from NYU, where he graduated with honors, and was a recipient of The Founders Day Award For Outstanding Scholarship. Prior to this, he was an Oboe Performance major at The Eastman School of Music, and atThe Mannes College of Music. He has extensive college teaching experience, and has taught English and ESL at numerous colleges within The City University of New York, as well as at Fordham.

Also an avid photographer, David has been published in numerous magazines, and has photographed hundreds of restaurants around the city.As a proud Yorkville co-op owner, he understands the challenges that prospective buyers face, and is deeply sensitive to their concerns.
