Tim is a native of central Connecticut, but has called Manhattan home since 2014. During his own apartment search, Tim discovered the challenges people face when moving to the city and decided to use his own hard won knowledge to help others find their own perfect New York home.

Tim always puts his clients and their interests first. He understands that every client is unique and takes the time to learn about them and their needs. With a great appreciation for the varying architecture of the city and the amazing opportunities New York City offers, he will help his clients find a new home and neighborhood they will love.

Tim holds a degree in engineering and began his sales career with a focus in laboratory equipment and radiation technology. He has supported many large projects throughout the United States, Asia, and Latin America. Tim also enjoys traveling for pleasure and has visited the Philippines, Argentina, and the U.A.E.. He is always seeking adventure and an authentic experience.
