Mr. Bonham has been an investor in real estate for over 30 years, is the former Managing General Partner of Bonita Properties LTD., an entity that purchased and managed multifamily housing rental properties from 1988 through 1995.

In addition, Tim has been a board member of an Upper East Side Co-op. He is currently an investor in Barrington Square Investors LTD., an Ohio limited partnership.

Simultaneously, He spent over 30 years as an Institutional Salesperson on Wall Street, servicing some of the World?s largest Investment Managers, Pension Funds and Hedge Funds across a spectrum of product lines.

His direct real estate investment experience and sales experience naturally led him to a real estate sales career at Keller Williams.
