Originally from Long Island, Susan has been a resident of West Village for over 27 years. She leverages her familiarity with the area and vast knowledge of all Manhattan neighborhoods to help clients find the home and community that fit them best.

Susan attended Syracuse and Long Island Universities, and holds a BA in Applied Arts/Graphic Design. As proprietor of her own businesses, she did commercial illustration in production and advertising design, plus was hired by developers and designers to create murals and Italian plasters in residential and commercial properties. Her artistic eye is of exceptional benefit to bring out the beauty in any home.

After completing studies at the National Personal Training Institute, Susan also worked as a personal trainer in high-end fitness chains, and as founder of her own company, Muscle Rules. She loves NYC?s arts and diversity, and is thrilled with the development of Riverside parks, recreation and amenities that allow New Yorkers to enjoy more outdoor lifestyles.
