Solangi came into residential sales with a background in sales, administration and property management. While pursuing her Communication Arts degree at St. John?s University in Queens, she worked for Top of the Rock Observation Deck at the iconic Rockefeller Center, a high-end attraction owned by Tishman Speyer. During her time there, she served as an ambassador not just to the Observation Deck, but to NYC as a destination. Solangi worked closely with the tourism bureau, NYC and Company, strengthening her knowledge of the city. As part of the opening team, she developed exemplary sales skills and advanced to her position to Senior Sales Associate. With a focus on international visitors, Solangi was privileged to travel to many great places of the world and interact with diverse populations. Her transition from tourism and travel sales to property management operations led her to assist in the management of a Class A commercial building.
Originally from the Dominican Republic Solangi moved to Brooklyn with her family at the age of 10. She has lived in the Bronx since 2010 and presently owns a condo in Riverdale. Solangi specializes in sales and rentals in the Upper West Side, Inwood, Riverdale and surrounding areas. She speaks fluent Spanish, loves to travel and entertain, and most importantly, spend time with family.
