Born and raised in Queens, Shevell received a B.S. in International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She most recently held a position as a NYC Community School Assistant Program Director, plus owned and operated a children?s apparel and accessory company. Prior to that, Shevell worked in marketing and sales. Her strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are now greatly valued as a NY State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She additionally offers valuable interior decorating and home staging services.

Shevell is both analytical and creative, not to mention excellent at relationship building. She draws on her background of providing superior customer service along with her ability to work well with a diverse group of people, to make her clients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Knowing much of the NYC market, Shevell specializes in the Upper East Side and Midtown East neighborhoods as well as Long Island City and other vibrant areas. She has lived on the Upper West Side, in Harlem, on the Lower East Side and presently in Long Island City just a block from Gantry State Park.

Shevell is the mother of a young daughter who keeps her active with trips to museums, NYC attractions and play dates. ?We love this city and we navigate it well. We are truly proud New Yorkers.? Some of her favorite uniquely NY things she?s discovered living here is that almost everyone?s favorite meal is ?brunch,? when it doubt always wear back, and if you rarely eat in, your kitchen cabinets can double as storage space for your linens!
