In his early pre-teen years, Sean's day job consisted of taking the trash out for an elderly neighbor of his who couldn?t' make it to the garbage disposal in exchange for an ice cream and a dollar here and there. Five bucks a week was a lot for an 11 year old, but the real lesson that Sean had begun to learn was that of simple human connection. This small favor of throwing the trash out a few blocks away made his neighbor smile from ear to ear! Sure the ice cream didn't hurt, but the real reward was the happiness that both he and his neighbor experienced together. Sean, to this day, has not changed his attitude of "we" to mean anything other than pure contribution of value to everyone he interacts with, especially his clients.

In his spare time, Sean is a genuine food enthusiast. From baking some of his "world-class" triple-chocolate brownies to whipping up another one of Gordan Ramsay's all-star dishes, Sean finds the culinary arts to be one of his true passions in life. When he isn?t chowing down on a new recipe he created, Sean also enjoys reading, exercising and going out to the movies more often than he likes to admit.
