Roberto was also the co-founder of a search engine optimization/online marketing company, and a dog walking/pet sitting service. Robert has always proven himself to be a dependable, dedicated professional with exceptional organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. His background also involved prominent roles as a customer service manager and telecommunications supervisor for a billing company, handling a multitude of responsibilities that ranged from training to HR, budgeting, client services and overseeing multiple call centers.
