Richard Melendez has enjoyed a highly successful and diverse real estate career for more than 20 years. He worked as senior project manager for P&J Realty for two decades, managing 500+ residential units, 1.5 million square feet of commercial space and 21 retail stores, all in NYC, plus complemented his experience in brokerage for over nine years.

In 2009, Richard decided to open his own brokerage firm, Consortio NYC Real Estate. He continued to grow and work the business until 2017, when he made the decision to merge his company with a national leader, Keller Williams NYC.

He is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) with the National Apartment Association (NAA), and holds Sprinkler, Standpipe, Fire Safety Director, Boiler and HVAC certificates. His team is multilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and of course English.

Richard resides in Westchester and holds a Bachelor degree in Christian Education from Logos Bible College.
