Raquel?s real estate career began right after college, working as an assistant to a broker/owner of a firm/developer. She later joined a prominent furnished rentals company where she headed up marketing and ran operations. While there, Raquel rented and managed over 50 furnished apartments herself, dealt with all tenants first-hand and managed all inventory in the units.

As a licensed real estate salesperson on The Bracha Team at Keller Williams NYC, she expands upon her passion for real estate, and experience that has encompassed residential rentals, sales, and commercial deals in NYC. Raquel specializes in furnished short-term rentals as well as apartment and home sales in all the city?s popular neighborhoods. Her commitment to quality service enables her to satisfy clients? needs while building strong relationships.

She is extremely motivated and dedicated, whether helping someone find a dream space or selling/renting their prized residence. Clients appreciate that she works with them on a personal level and is very attentive to their needs.

A native of Brooklyn, NY where she still resides, Raquel graduated from Brooklyn College with a degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, and a minor in Business Management. She speaks English, Hebrew and Spanish fluently, plus knows some Farsi and Arabic.

Raquel invests in small development projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Extremely active, she spins almost every day along with doing Barre and Pilates. Raquel also volunteers with multiple organizations that helps children with cancer and other special needs.
