Born and raised in Alphabet City, Raphael has watched the area?s run-down residential houses transformed into expensive luxury homes. His fascination with NYC and its evolving, unique neighborhoods led him straight into real estate out of college. After interning at Corcoran, he joined Citi Habitats, well educated on the business and ready to get to work helping clients. His success at Citi Habitats gave him the necessary experience to join the premier team at Keller Williams, "The Alliance Team". His sales acumen, leadership skills, penchant for quality service, and drive to achieve to client satisfaction set him apart as a trustworthy, tenacious real estate agent. Raphael has always set high goals for himself. While running a restaurant, he not only turned a profit, but effectively oversaw a staff of 50 workers. No matter what is requested of him, Raphael always shows up on time, informed and well prepared.
