About Peter James Studlo
Peter Studlo was born and raised in the heart of America, Chicagoland, where he attended Marmion Military Academy and studied at Illinois Wesleyan University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre. A renaissance man through and through, he understands that there is no such thing as perfection, but that has never stopped him from striving for it, or achieving excellence in any pursuit.
Combining his strategic skills from military academy along with negotiation expertise from theater direction, Peter approaches each transition with tactfulness and a clear vision. He views his clients as collaborators instead of customers, and brings every detail to the drawing board at the appropriate time to ensure that each layer is properly accounted for. This approach ensures that his clients are well-informed, and that their voices are heard.
Peter is a member of the Carson Alexander Team at Keller Williams which specializes in Brooklyn?s diversity of neighborhoods. He has personally lived in Gramercy Park, Manhattan as well as Astoria, Queens, and worked for years on the Upper West Side, giving him a broad understanding of the city?s fine boroughs and communities.
Outside of real estate, Peter has worked for Tony Award-winning productions on Broadway at Lincoln Center Theater in NYC and is an Associate Director at Voice Theater, a non-profit organization based at the historic landmark Byrdcliffe Theater in Woodstock, NY. His artistic work is devoted to strengthening voices of the millennial generation.
