Nicholas started a real estate investment business with a friend back in 2002 and has purchased, renovated, managed and sold many homes. His main focus was working with people in pre-foreclosure, where he helped them to avoid losing their residences. He is very knowledgeable of the New York City market, and in tuned to his clients? needs whether they are looking to buy, sell, rent or invest.

A Long Island-native, Nicholas is highly disciplined and no stranger to hard work. At age 11, he had his own paper route; throughout high school, he worked as a bagel baker. After graduation, Nicholas joined the U.S. Navy and was deployed overseas. He is retired from The New York City Police Department where he attained the rank of Detective.

Known to all as ?Nick,? his entire background has revolved around service to others; plus, finding creative solutions in demanding situations, just as he does in real estate. Nick is an excellent listener, a respectful partner, and a kind, caring individual with whom clients enjoy engaging. He lives in Astoria, and has many hobbies, which include cooking, photography, traveling, riding his motor cycle and cultivating his spirituality.
