Always fascinated by and drawn to the sales field, Nicholas Duarte began working in sales at a very young age. He studied marketing in college, and was an AT&T sales associate for many years before realizing his desire for something more challenging, fast-paced and rewarding.

Real estate was the answer he was searching for, as it involves sales and customer service expertise, negotiating deals, and most importantly, helping to change people?s lives for the better with the perfect home. His goal is to make his clients feel comfortable, and to treat every transaction with dedication and an open mind.

Nicholas began his career as a real estate agent in the rental market then expanded into sales. He works in Manhattan as well as Brooklyn, guiding clients toward their dream homes in a neighborhood that suits them best.

His friendliness, communications skills, patience, and attentiveness to his clients? needs are important qualities that lend to his success. Originally from Fort Lee, NJ, Nicholas speaks fluent English and Armenian. Outside of work his interests include health and fitness, playing soccer, going hiking and taking long runs.
