Monica brings a wealth of business experience to her real estate transactions. After years working in luxury hospitality, condo management, and the tech startup world, she finds that the real estate industry best compliments her entrepreneurial spirit.

Upon earning degrees in International Relations and Japanese studies at American University in Washington, D.C., Monica traveled extensively in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.

While living in Aspen, Colorado, she was inspired by the architectural history of the town and impressed with the spirited real estate market there, ultimately paving the way to pursuing her chosen profession here in the Big Apple. Since then, Monica has represented property owners from all over the globe -- including investors in Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, China, Brazil, Mexico, Netherlands, Switzerland, and the U.K. -- in managing their investments in New York City.

The foundation of Monica?s success in real estate is her emphasis on business integrity, bringing diligent attention to each transaction. She is a great listener, and prioritizes her clients? needs above all else.
