?Home is the most important space for anyone. I value the quality of it so much, I strive to provide the best possible service to my clients whether they are buying or selling.?
Informative, reliable and helpful, Mika Kobayashi puts in extra efforts to make her clients happy. She listens carefully to their needs and educates them thoroughly on the real estate process, to paint a clear picture of the steps and financial commitment involved.
Mainly focused on Midtown and Downtown Manhattan, Mika dreamed of moving to NYC since she was a child. She was fascinated by the great American fine artists, and her first desire was to become a painter in the US. Mika earned a BFA degree from the University of Florida and worked as a graphic artist, but found a rewarding career in real estate in 2009, tapping into her passion for architecture and home design.
After doing residential sales and leasing in Miami/South Beach and New Jersey (where she is a Broker-Associate and Broker-Salesperson respectively), Mika found her way to New York, never looking back. She also holds Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), REO and BPOR designations, affording her diverse knowledge of the brokerage industry. Nothing brings her more pleasure then helping her real estate clients achieve their goals.
Born and raised in Japan, Mika speaks English and Japanese fluently. Her strong visual arts skills and eye for aesthetics are reflected in her appreciation of the arts. ?NYC arts are always surprising and inspiring. I love going to art galleries in Chelsea and other creative hubs in the city?. Mika also enjoys spending time with her dog, and has a fondness for helping clients find homes for themselves and their pets.
