Melanie attended Missouri State University and is also a trained actress. She studied acting at various studios in NYC including Penny Templeton. Working in hospitality for 10 years and as an actress on TV and in film has given her a penchant for customer service, an ability to relate to everyone, and a sharp mind for remembering details.

Melanie specializes in sales and rentals in NYC, and in providing help every step of the way. She previously lived in Midtown West and fell in love with Astoria five years ago. Her other huge passion besides real estate are acting and mixology. Melanie makes a delicious spicy margarita, and has an adorable yet crazy ginger cat named Molly.
