Real estate has always been of interest to Luis Portillo, so much so that he earned a BBA in Real Estate and Development at Baruch College, and went on to work in the industry. Luis was an Assistant Project Superintendent for a real estate development company, HF2 Capital Group, where he oversaw the construction of a condo conversion in Midtown. He also served as Project Foreman for a construction firm specializing in fa?ade repairs and roofing.

Luis? knowledge of interior and exterior construction, and keen eye for a property?s value and potential are of extreme benefit to his clients who are seeking or selling a home. A native Brooklyn of Brooklyn, Luis has lived in Queens since the age of 13.
