Possessing a vast understanding of many walks of life through her work as a language consultant, translator, and interpreter, Liliana Boladz-Nekipelov is a force to be reckoned with in the real estate world. Liliana has lived in New York City for most of her life. Although born in Europe and having lived in many countries, including Poland Sweden, and Great Britain, she studied the arts, writing, and linguistics at the Graduate Center and Hunter College and has happily called New York City home for over thirty years. In addition to English, she speaks Polish, Swedish, Russian, and other languages.

Liliana is known for her directness, politeness, punctuality, and her ability to work closely with her clients to effectively problem solve anything that comes their way. She specializes in rentals in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and sales of coops, condominiums and houses in the five boroughs, Long Island, and Upstate. Additionally, she owns a coop and hopes to invest in more properties in the future, giving her an inside perspective when it comes to sales.

She continually expands her knowledge of real estate through scholarly reading, programing, and seminars, always ready to be at the forefront of the market and her clients? needs. In her spare time, Liliana prefers to spend time with animals and nature, particularly enjoying hiking and boating, as well as the exploring the hustle and bustle of the city, taking in the art and many varied cultures.
