Latricia has a genuine respect for people and a natural kindness that shines in all the work she does. Throughout her professional life, she has been in a position to help people in very substantial ways, and she considers it an honor to be part of finding her clients a home.

A licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in her hometown Connecticut, Latricia came into the world of New York City real estate after working in several service-oriented roles. More recently, she worked for the Department of Social Services for eight years. She holds an MSW from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Psychology from Virginia Union University.

Latricia is extremely good with people, highly organized, and deeply compassionate when it comes to meeting their needs. ?My desire is to provide satisfaction and guidance during one of life?s most major undertakings. The search for a home can be all-consuming, but I try to take the brunt of the work and stress out of the equation for my clients.?

Born in Stamford and raised in Norwalk, CT, Latricia was drawn to New York City for its diversity and opportunity for success, and has an overall love for this wonderful place she calls home. She lives in NYC and works with sales and rental clients in all Manhattan neighborhoods.

In her free time, Latricia loves being with her son as well as traveling when she can, going to the movies, art, attending comedy shows and plays, and watching sports, and HGTV.
