An experienced real estate investor and property manager, Kelly sees the potential and value of every property as an asset. As a licensed real estate agent, he understands the emotional component, and is dedicated to locating and securing the home you want quickly while making it an exciting, rewarding process.

Kelly began his career in real estate as a rental agent in Brooklyn prior to joining Keller Williams NYC. He specializes in sales and rentals in mainly in the South Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan neighborhoods. After personally living all over Manhattan short-term, Kelly planted roots in vibrant Brooklyn. Since 2007, he has lived in Windsor Terrace and Kensington with his family where they enjoy the Prospect Park Tennis Center, Greenwood Playground and wonderful stores, cafes and people that make the neighborhood unique.

When working with his clients, Kelly listens and thinks carefully about the criteria they set to match them with the ideal property for their lifestyle, or their business. People find him to be authentic, relaxed, organized, prepared and driven to help achieve their goals.

Previously, Kelly was a technology sales executive and senior account manager for over 20 years, specializing in sales, business development and customer engagement. He is not only very personable, but a well-traveled relationship builder who works with a diverse clientele he hopes for many years.

Kelly is from Palo Alto in Northern California, and owns several vacation income properties in North Carolina. He loves exploring real estate during work hours and off the clock, especially taking long runs around the city discovering lesser-known streets, old and new buildings, as well as forgotten history. Kelly also plays tennis at Prospect Park and takes his son and daughter to Coney Island beaches every chance they get.
