Julie has an intuitive ability to understand what people want and to spot trends. She is an expert resource finder, an attentive service facilitator, and a creative problem solver who always puts her clients? best interests first.

A native of Texas, Julie has lived in New York since 2008 in both New York City and the Hamptons. She graduated from University of Texas at Austin, B.S. in Radio, TV & Film. Her background in coordination for luxury interior design and yoga-based stress management instruction has afforded her valuable skills, enabling her to help ease clients through the often daunting real estate process with a sense of calm and confidence.

Julie and her husband share their home with their two cats, Phoebe and Evie. Her diverse hobbies include hiking, yoga, international travel, theater, film, investing and inventions. Since moving to New York, Julie has discovered so many great restaurants, exercise spots, Broadway shows and other attractions which she gladly shares with clients to help make their life here complete.
