About Joshua Arabian
Clients don?t need to be sold, Joshua believes. ?If you show them correct numbers regarding the market, statistics of price points, days on the market, etc., they will inevitably come to an agreement with you over the steps that need to be taken. It?s more about educating the client than ?selling? them on anything, so they see clearly and truly understand their position in the marketplace.?
Joshua has always been interested in real estate. This native New Yorker was a Hofstra University Deans List student and Finance major, then transferred to NYU?s Paul Mcghee?s Division for Real Estate Development. Prior to becoming a licensed sales agent, he worked as a property manager, overseeing more than 80 commercial and residential buildings consisting of 500+ units. Joshua also overhauled the company?s management system to make it more efficient, and forged relationships with many investors and developers.
Listening to clients? needs, understanding their goals and resolving any issues are truly his fortes. He is very organized, analytical, and known to tackle problems head on. ?I won?t stop until the transaction is seamless and my client is happy. In my book, your best interests always come first.?
Joshua lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and has a home in Kings Point, NY. Real estate investing is among his many interests. He also enjoys playing the piano (which he?s done since age seven), and is an avid reader/audiobook listener who constantly loves learning new things. Joshua speaks fluent Farsi and English, and likes spending time with his Lab/Pit mix rescue dog, Rocko.
