Inspired by his deep interest in real estate and finance, Andreas bought his first apartmentat the age of 23. He started a consulting firm in the IT business handling large-scaleprojects, but later shifted his focus more towards investments and development in realestate. At age 24, Andreas undertook his first real estate developing project, selling it sevenmonths later with a 42% profit. He has since been developing real estate and active in thefinancial sector, building up impressive knowledge and a large network of connections. All ofhis real estate projects have sold for new record prices.Now as an agent specializing in the NYC area, Andreas draws on his extensive experience indevelopment, management, sales and negotiating to benefit his clients. Complementing hissuccess in real estate, he has enjoyed the opportunity to help several companies includingsmall startups with fundraising and getting them listed on the Stock Exchange.

A native of Stockholm, Sweden, Andreas received a degree in Computer Science with aBusiness concentration from Sweden. He speaks fluent English, Swedish, Norwegian andDanish. Andreas lives in Manhattan where he specializes in sales and rentals.
