Jessica Flynn is a recent NYC transplant from Southern California. She is new to real estate but real estate happens to run in her blood line as her father is an accomplished real estate investor and developer.

She graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Communications. A good example of her can-do attitude; she was a year ahead in her studies at school so she took a semester abroad in London and received her make-up license at the world renown, London School of Beauty and Make Up. She?s worked on a wide variety of well-known projects and with countless high profile clients, including Victoria Secret, NY Fashion Week, Glamor, Seventeen & Vogue magazine. After graduating Cum Laude she bought a ONE WAY ticket to NYC and hasn?t looked back since.

Jessica prides herself on accomplishing whatever she sets her mind to. An avid student of self-help and self-improvement she is always studying from the top success masters like Tony Robbins.

Her hobbies include exercise, stand up comedy, music, and the great outdoors. You?ll always find her at yoga and in spin classes at Flywheel & Equinox. She?s an avid music fan and traveler who loves to attend events like Coachella and Burning Man. She?s also on top of the music scene in Manhattan and Brooklyn and can tell you of all the great venues and shows coming up. She loves camping and hiking and prides herself on being able to ?go from getting down and dirty in the wilderness to Super Glam on the streets of New York?.?I?m creative, empathetic, fun, and positive ~ and it?s because of these attributes that I can connect with my clients so well and find them apartments that suit their needs and tastes.
