About Frank Spaulding-Bey
Frank Spaulding-Bey entered the real estate industry in 1996 as a loan officer with Household Finance and later moved on to Ameriquest Mortgage, First Funding Mortgage Bankers, Olympia Mortgage and HSBC. He got licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2013 and elevated to become an Associate Real Estate Broker in 2016. Over 90% of his deals have been closed with investors in the Queens, NY market, with the remainder in Brooklyn, all in the single-family and two-family asset class.
Frank is extremely well-versed in the financing, acquisition and sale of property and streamlines all aspects of the process for his clients. He is also highly knowledgeable of the NYC market as a lifelong resident. Born in the Bronx and raised between Queens and Harlem, Frank currently lives in Cambria Heights, Queens. The primary focus of his real estate practice is in his neighborhood and the surrounding area.
Frank is an honorably discharged member of the US Armed Forces, with time spent in the Marine Corps, Navy Reserves and Army National Guard. He graduated from Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina with a B. S. degree in Business Administration concentrated in Economics and Finance, and is a Project REAP (Real Estate Associate Program) alum. Frank played three years of college baseball, one season of college football, two seasons of college rugby, and is a brown belt in Goju Karate under Sensei Master Dave Thomas. He is additionally a member of BOMA, ICSC, NAIOP, ULI, CURE and the Moorish Science Temple of America, Inc.
