Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Grace grew up in New York City, mainly in Forest Hills, Flushing and Whitestone in Queens. Having also lived in Hell?s Kitchen in Manhattan, she has a particular fondness and knowledge of Midtown, especially the West Side, as well as the West Village. With her family involved in real estate investments, Grace has long been interested in the field. She offers rental and sales services, but more importantly, advocacy and partnership with her clients.

A graduate of Queens College with a BA in English degree, Grace pursued an MFA in Creative Writing but decided to focus on the professional world. She worked for a custom jewelry company where her responsibilities continued to grow and ranged from sales to logistics, accounts receivables, shipping, office duties and much more. Grace also tutored and held various other administrative and customer service roles; but her favorite and hardest assignment has been as a mother.

When she sets her mind to something, nothing can stop Grace from achieving it. Her mission is to find value for her clients and orchestrate seamless deals. She is bilingual in English and Korean, likes to handcraft jewelry in her free time, and DIY her own natural skincare products.
