Though she spent over 20 years in the finance world, Elaine has always maintained her interest in real estate as the undisputed investment vehicle. She draws on her strong market knowledge, well-honed sales skills and keen analytic mind, honed working for capital markets, brokerage businesses, fund management and hedge fund companies, to guide and benefit her clients in their real estate acquisitions.

Born in Seoul, Korea, Elaine relocated to Toronto with her family at age 15. She went on to earn both a Masters of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto. She is a CFA charter holder, and a member of the New York Society and Korea Society.

Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Elaine capitalizes on her passion for real estate and deep desire to help others achieve their goals.
