Danielle and her wife, Hillary Palleschi-Browne, are not only partners in their real estate practice; they are also involved with flipping properties along the East Coast. Their main market territory is Manhattan (specifically the Upper East Side) as well as Queens, with services that include buyer agency, listing agency, investment proforma analysis and portfolio vacancy management.

Currently living in dual cities, with residences in Astoria, Queens and DC, Danielle grew up on Long Island but has lived all over New York City, Jersey City, and the Washington Metro area including Alexandria, VA. She received a B.A. in Communication from Lycoming College.

With a background as a digital marketing strategist in the service industry, and as an event planner, Danielle has a reputation for being highly personable, organized, and a strategic problem solver. She speaks conversational Spanish as well as American Sign Language, and English of course. Danielle enjoys spending time with her tabby cat, Mia Hamm, cooking, wine, watching sports, and traveling the world with her wife when time allows
