Dahlia James is a real estate professional licensed in NYC. She was born and raised on the island of Jamaica. She immigrated to NYC with her mother and brother at the age of 15 years old. Still adjusting to new life in the States, she was scouted at her high school to become a professional model. That experience gave this young lady, who had only known her small town in Jamaica, the opportunity to travel around the world to work in places such as London, Paris, and Milan multiple times.

Much like the fast-paced fashion industry, real estate requires an expert negotiator. It also requires flexible and resourceful professionals. These are strengths that Dahlia has. An expert negotiator, Dahlia has created opportunities where others lack, and it is this trait that Dahlia has carried on over to real estate. Her previous experiences has also made her aware of the indispensability in having a quality network of associates and, as such, is constantly deepening her professional relationships.

Due to traveling around the world and residing in both NYC and Los Angeles, Dahlia developed a deep appreciation for urban architecture and planning. She realized how the cultural/artistic backdrop of being in a city can completely expand one?s experience. She believes there is nothing quite as enriching as having lived experiences in a city full of innumerable people and their beautiful, yet drastically varying, customs and traditions - then seeing how those customs impact our architectural blueprint.
