Ayumu, also known as Ike, was born in Tokyo, Japan and raised in New Jersey right out of the city. His hard work ethic and vast experience in restaurant management and the hospitality field, have allowed Ike to bring exceptional customer service to his clients. Fluent in both English, and Japanese, Ike is able to service diverse clientele and to develop intimate relationships that lead to repeat and referral business. Ike is also licensed and practices Real Estate Sales in New Jersey.

Ike?s way of business consists of creating a step-by-step process whether it would be selling, buying, or renting out a property. He will make sure every single one of his clients are on the loop to know what his plans of actions are to help them realize their dreams. His negotiation skills, after obtaining Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Certificate and receiving continual training from competent peers and mentors, far exceeds of those in the average, making him a go to agent for any complex transactions.
