Alis? passion for real estate grew during his years in property management. Working with one of the biggest property managers in New York City, he gained valuable experience dealing with apartment issues, interacting with landlords, tenants and superintendents, plus negotiating and communicating with management and clients.

With real estate firmly implanted in his career track, Alis decided to join Keller Williams NYC and enter the brokerage side of the business, where he could be of the ultimate service to renters, buyers and owners.

Specializing in all types of residential real estate rentals and sales, Alis does most of his work in Harlem where he lives, but covers the whole uptown area as well as parts of Queens. He was born in Bosnia, moved to New York at age 16, went on to attend Queensborough Community College, and has also resided in Astoria and the Bronx.
