Her background in luxury sales and retail management taught Alicia many invaluable lessons; like the importance of listening, thinking on your feet, and having agility to find solutions to ensure full satisfaction for your clients. Along with the fine art of customer service, building trust and lasting relationships is the heart of any successful sales professional, she also believes.
A graduate of New York University with a BFA in Theater, Alicia initially spent seven years with Ralph Lauren before transitioning into retail management. In that capacity she worked for both large and small retailers as store manager of flagship locations for Saks Fifth Ave, Macy?s, Brooks Brothers and others. Alicia operated as a training manager who taught seminars and developed manuals, which is why she is so forthcoming and hands-on with her real estate clients. Prior to joining Keller Williams, she began her real estate career at a small boutique brokerage firm.
Over her 20 years living in NYC, Alicia called almost every neighborhood in Manhattan home until moving to Jersey City last year. She hails from Chicago, IL and was mainly raised in Westport, CT. Outside of work, Alicia is a huge sports enthusiast who loves watching the games and feeling the energy of the NYC fans.
