Wendy Mitzner is thrilled to be a member of the Howard Morrel Team.

Wendy is a veteran marketing executive with extensive experience in the retail, fashion and cosmetics industries. As a real estate professional, she demonstrates a firm passion and commitment to her clients. She successfully applies her skills and drive to understanding her customers’ real estate goals and works relentlessly to achieve them.

For the past 35 years Wendy has resided on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, owning a home there as well as in West Hampton Beach. She is intimately familiar with the ins and outs of property ownership and has developed an in-depth expertise in both areas over the years. Wendy raised her daughter in the city, and is extremely knowledgeable about New York City’s public and private schools.

At Engel and Völkers, Wendy is utilizing her marketing and advertising expertise to create innovative marketing materials and concepts, including the development of multi-media strategies, to promote real estate sales for the Howard Morrel Team. In addition to helping buyers and sellers in New York City, Wendy is able to assist clients and customers with their real estate needs anywhere in the world via Engel & Völkers’ 700+ international locations.

A devoted philanthropist and fundraiser, Wendy has worked with the Ronald McDonald house for the past 12 years. She also volunteers at Bottomless Closet, where she works tirelessly to provide disadvantaged woman with the structure, advice, counsel, educational workshops and interview clothing they need to build confidence and improve their lives.

Prior to her career in real estate, Wendy had a long and successful career at Bloomingdale's as the Vice President of Advertising, responsible for the conceptualization and supervision of media placements for all Bloomingdale’s Department Stores nationwide.

Born in Boston and raised in New York, Wendy is a graduate of Boston University with a B.S. degree in Education.
