Sam Flaxman's clear cut methodology to helping his clients find the right NYC apartment —provide concise communication, transparency and high quality customer service throughout the entire process. Listening and understanding his clients needs, wants and expectations is what gives him an edge over others in the industry. Finding an apartment in NYC is nothing to take lightly as Sam treats every search for his clients as if it were his own with integrity. Sam currently is a member of the Eliasi Team at Compass. 

Having relatives of the Koeppel real estate family, Sam felt passionate in following the footsteps of his family. With a strong work-ethic and keen to details, Sam is fortifying a reputation for being a viable advocate of the fast-paced real estate industry. Naturally open-minded, he can be seen either biking or walking the various neighborhoods that give New York City it's character. Sam loves reading up on the newest restaurants, bars and must-things-to-do here in the city. 

Sam graduated from Wagner College in NYC with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. In college he studied in Dublin at Dublin City University, and traveled to 13 different countries in the EU including: France, Germany, Czech Republic, the Netherlands and the U.K. Motivated by the ever changing opportunities the city has to offer and the ability to make new friends from all walks of life, Sam loves knowing that one day at work will never be the same as another. 

Sam currently is on the board of the YPC committee at Storefront Academy and is a mentor for one of the current students at the well-known institute.
