Marie Etienne's well-rounded experience in all sides of the real estate business enables her to put deals together in a way that is mutually beneficial for every party involved in the real estate transaction. Besides being a real estate sales agent, in the last 15+ years she has also done mortgages as a loan officer, conducted commercial building inspections for insurance companies as well as broker price options (BPOs) for the large real estate mortgage banks. Her financial expertise, real estate market savvy and customer service skills assure that your real estate transaction will be smooth and satisfying.

Her entire career has centered on this concept since day one, as a customer service rep/insurance agent at GEICO, and a hospitality desk rep at Hofstra University while pursuing her Business degree.

Originally from Haiti, Marie speaks fluent French-Creole, and is a member of French Tuesdays, Internations, and STEP UP Women's Network's Luminary Circle. Marie also served our country in the US ARMY as a Combat Medic (68W).
