New York City real estate professional Kirsten Syrett brings an adventurous spirit and a wealth of personal experience to every real estate engagement. 

With a desire to see the world, Kirsten became a NYC-based flight attendant after college. When she received a buyout for her rent-stabilized apartment, she used the money to purchase a co-op—and a real estate career was born. 

Kirsten has experienced the full spectrum of real estate scenarios across three boroughs: from sharing a two-bedroom with seven other flight attendants, to owning a co-op, to buying a fixer-upper townhouse, to managing her investment properties. This has given her the ability to support all types clients. "I have personal experience from the bottom up, and can relate to people’s perspectives no matter what their needs are," she says. 

Kirsten specializes in Brooklyn townhouses, condos and co-ops. She is a New York Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Buyers Representative. Kirsten and her partner Sarah—the Chamberlin | Syrett team—ranked in the top 5 percent of earners at their previous firm. 

Originally from England, she now lives in Cobble Hill with her architect husband, two children and feisty rescue dog, Julep.
