Jason’s roots in New York City real estate extend back four generations. His father, of C-Uptown Realty, Inc., grandfather and great-grandfather of Candee Realties, were and are owners, managers, and builders of primarily residential real estate in Manhattan and the Bronx. 

A native of New York City, Jason attended Boston University where he majored in psychology and then worked as an advertising executive at an array of magazines, both print and digital, including XXL and NYLON. Known for his integrity and professionalism, this experience shaped him into an adept marketer and a strong negotiator. 

Jason is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
