About Carol

Respected New York City real estate broker Carol Raskin has achieved high honors in the industry over her 21-year career, producing a remarkable volume of sales and ranking among the city's top brokers in the process. 

With her impressive depth and breadth of experience, Carol offers clients a thorough understanding of New York City properties and the most up-to-date insights into the real estate marketplace as a whole. Devoted and hardworking, she puts 110 percent of her energy toward serving the needs of buyers and sellers aided by her accreditation as both a REBNY Certified New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Carol has been a resident of Central Park South for nearly 30 years, and she can often be found with friends and family both in the city and in the Hamptons.
