His real estate career encompasses roles as both a successful agent assisting buyers, sellers and renters, and eight years as a Leasing Director where he oversaw a massive portfolio of 1,250 apartments in 26 buildings and was the sole decision-maker in all matters, including all lease negotiations, incoming tenants and existing tenant renewals.

Originally from Brazil, Carlo has resided in New York City for nearly 20 years, primarily in the Chelsea/Flatiron area. He's fluent in both English and Portuguese, and in his free time, he enjoys sports and travel.
