Have some questions about the updates to FIND?
It's been a week since we switched over to Professional Search, Realtor.com's new, mobile-friendly version of FIND. We've been seeing a few questions from our members pop up multiple times, so our president has created a short video to introduce our existing FIND users to Professional Search.
First - FIND was always powered by Realtor.com. Many of our users have been confused when logging into the new Professional Search experience, because it looks very similar to the Realtor.com consumer site experience.
However, Professional Search has information and powerful tools not available on Realtor.com (and even more than FIND).
Realtor.com has been collecting MLS listing, sold, and property record data for over 20 years - and it's available in Professional Search. Sale history, public records, and even previous listing photos (which were not included in FIND) are all available with this product update. In addition, Professional Search also has previous years of tax data and listings now populate comparables - both sold and active listings - making CMAs easier than ever.

Professional Search still has the features you need, but in a format that is much easier to pick up for new users. If you never used FIND in past, now is the best time to start. If you've been using FIND for years, it's now mobile-friendly, with more data than ever before.
